Andrew achieved his ‘Elite’ status in 2015, 2016 and again in 2017; this is repeat evidence of his strong knowledge of the real estate market and his wealth of sales, marketing and leadership experience.

Andrew is also the Managing Director of the Ray White Caloundra Group, Principal of Ray White Caloundra and is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer.  

With a philosophy of always looking for better ways to serve his clients, Andrew is constantly implementing new technology within the business to achieve this end.  The result is the growth of the Ray White Caloundra Group from 10 staff in 2005 to over 40 staff today. While the strength of the sales business is undoubted, Andrew is most proud of the business’s growth and maturity in providing outstanding asset management services through its permanent residential and commercial property management departments.
