Based in Caloundra, we are a successful real estate business with a strong corporate brand underpinning our reputation.  Established in the area for over 30+ years, the Ray White Caloundra Group, consisting of offices at Caloundra | Golden Beach | Pelican Waters and Commercial Caloundra, is one the Sunshine Coast’s largest group of offices and you can be assured that this new role will present you with security, challenge, responsibility and growth.

The role
We consider this full-time role to be the Director of First Impressions and we are looking for someone who is willing turn their hand to any task to ensure that the Ray White Caloundra Group leaves a positive and lasting impression on our clients.

As one of the Sunshine Coast’s largest group of offices you can be assured that your new role will present you with security, challenge, responsibility and growth.

Some of the tasks that your role includes are:

  • Meeting and greeting our clients at the front desk
  • Managing our phone system as first point of contact
  • Preparation of new tenants leases and documents, assist Property Managers with lease renewals and organise smoke alarm testing
  • Quality assurance of our documents
  • Uploading listings to the internet
  • Maintaining our window displays
  • Liaising with Property Managers about day to day tasks
  • Processing rental applications and reference checks

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in Real Estate is a distinct advantage, however, your adaptability, accuracy, team player skills, initiative and professionalism are all attributes we admire and each application will assessed accordingly.

You must have:

  • A valid Queensland driver’s license
  • Your own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance and valid registration
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Queensland Real Estate Licence

  • Has exceptional people skills with a client and customer service focus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays a proactive approach to systems and procedures
  • Has a strong work ethic
  • Is well presented, articulate and can quickly establish rapport with people

If successful, you will be required to obtain, at your cost, the Real Estate Registration Certificate to enable you to work in the Real Estate Industry.  Please address this in your Cover Letter.
