We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our property management portfolio.

What You’ll Do in This Role
You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of our rental portfolio while maintaining strong connections with landlords, tenants, and our internal team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Sourcing and securing new managements through proactive outreach and marketing
• Conducting expert rental appraisals that demonstrate our competitive advantage
• Converting referrals from our leading Sales Team into long-term managements
• Building strong relationships through effective communication and client care
• Managing property viewings for prospective tenants
• Staying informed on market conditions and industry trends
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract property investors
• Working hand-in-hand with the Property Management team to ensure smooth client onboarding

• A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential)
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
