Order of Sale – Auctions (10th Sept)

Auction Event – Thursday, 10 September at the Grand Pacific Resort, Caloundra

The order of sale is now set for our In Room event on Thursday, 10 September.

The six properties being Auctioned will now be staggered and set at specific times to assist with covid-safe practices.

The order of sale is as follows:

Lot 1 @ 11.00am – 3 James Street, Dicky Beach
Lot 2 @ 11.15am – 2 Robe Street, Currimundi
Lot 3 @ 11.29am – 402/3 Arthur St, Kings Beach (SOLD prior)
Lot 4 @ 11.30am – 14 Drake Street, Golden Beach
Lot 5 @ 11.45am – 4/99 Esplanade, Golden Beach
Lot 6 @ 12.00pm – 8 Seaview Terrace, Moffat Beach

We would ask that any interested parties please register your interest with our office prior to the event so that arrangements can be made to electronically register your authority – prior to.

Bidder registrations are now open – please contact our office to complete your registration.

Attendees are expected to adhere to social distancing requirements of 1.5 metres at all times.  Please also be prepared to provide your contact information upon entry to assist with any contact tracing if required (per Government regulations).

In the event you’re unwell with cold/flu like symptoms, we request that you kindly not attend in person and to arrange your remote authority with our office.
