We’re Hiring – Sales Administrator | Receptionist position

By Mariana Williamson

We are a well-established, high-performing real estate office known for our strong team culture, Auction excellence and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on training, supporting and developing our people.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Sales Administrator to become a key support to our sales team. This is more than a support role, it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate.

About the Role

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of real estate administration while being the friendly, welcoming face of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and managing front reception
  • Answering phones and directing enquiries
  • Preparing listings and contract documentation
  • Coordinating marketing materials and online property listings
  • Managing databases, CRM systems, and data entry with accuracy
  • Supporting buyer, seller, landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Ensuring quality control across all documentation
  • General administration including correspondence, filing, and email management
  • Maintaining a professional, clean and welcoming office environment
  • Providing support across all departments as needed

No two days are the same — it’s a great way to build skills quickly.

About You

We’re looking for attitude over experience…. for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in real estate.  What matters most is that you are:

  • Comfortable using computers (word, email, basic systems)
  • Comfortable answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
  • Willing to learn and take direction
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Friendly, confident and well presented
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual and a team player
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person with the right mindset.

Licence Requirement

A Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required for this role.
Don’t worry if you don’t have it yet — you just need to be willing to complete it (at your cost) as part of the role.

What We Offer

  • Ongoing training, systems and structured support
  • Step-by-step systems and procedures to help you succeed
  • A genuinely supportive, team-focused environment
  • Career progression opportunities within the Ray White network
  • A varied and engaging role where no two days are the same
  • The chance to build a long-term career in real estate

The Details

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
