About the Role
You’ll manage your own residential portfolio while being supported by an experienced and dedicated team.
Your role will include:
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional property management.
You’ll ideally have:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own residential portfolio
✔ Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
✔ Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, registration and comprehensive insurance
✔ Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and processes
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisation
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused approach
✔ Experience with Ailo (highly regarded)
